Rebecca Grimm is a third grade teacher at Vienna Elementary school. She also serves as equity lead. This is her 6th year teaching at VES and her 18th year teaching overall. She has taught first, third, and ESOL/Reading. She loves building relationships with her students and making sure every student she works with has a positive school experience. She grew up in Connecticut and she received her undergraduate B.A. in childhood education and English Literature from Elmira College in upstate NY. She started teaching in Virginia right after college for Prince William County Schools. Right before starting to work for FCPS in 2010, she earned her master’s degree as a Reading Specialist from UVA . She also earned her state ESOL endorsement and her FCPS AAP certification because she loves connecting to all types of learners. Rebecca lives in Vienna with her husband and two daughters.
